  1. Prepare 500 gm peeled and washed prawns

  3. Prepare 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  4. Get 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

  6. Take 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds

  8. Make ready 6-7 dried red chilies soaked in warm water

Steps to make Prawns Ghee Roast:
  1. Take pan roast cumin seeds, mustard seeds,  curry leaves, fennel seeds, soaked red chilies and black pepper. grind it into fine.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in pan add prawns, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cooked till prawns done.
  3. Remove  prawns in plate. Add grinded paste and ghee in it and cook, add tamarind and cook till ghee over float on masala.
  4. Add prawns and cook till masala dry.
  5. Prawns ghee roast ready to serve.
  6. Serve this as appetizer or u can eat this with chapati also.
