  4. Keeping the flame low add the besan ghee mixture to the sugar syrup. Stir well till the mixture is combined in the sugar syrup. Add 3 to 4 tbsp ghee which we melted in another Kadai to this besan and mix well. Mix until the ghee is absorbed.
  5. Again add more ghee in batches and keep mixing. Repeat adding ghee and mix until the mixture starts to separate from the kadai. At this stage if you add more ghee it will not get absorbed.
  6. Transfer this to a greased plate or tray. Level it and allow to cool for 30 to 40minutes. After Mysore Pak is set well, cut into desired size and shape.
