- Then add chopped green chilies to the grated mooli and add seasoning like chilli powder, garam masala and fresh dhaniya leaves. Make small lemon size ball of dough and fill this filling in it. And roll with light hands with help of roller.
- When the tava or griddle is sufficiently hot then fry the paratha on tava using ghee (clarified butter) or oil.
- The mooli paratha should become golden and crisp from both sides and make sure that the paratha edges are fried well. We can use spatula to press the edges of Paratha, use liberal amount of ghee or oil to fry the parathas
