  1. Get 1 cup weat flour
  2. Get 1/2 cup water
  3. Get 1 spoon oil

Instructions to make Fulka roti (chapati):
  1. Take a bowl add wheat flour and pour little water and make soft dough. Rest it for 5-10 minutes.
  2. After 10 minutes add oil add knead it properly. Now take a small ball size dough dust some dry flour and make round thin roti from it.
  3. Heat the earthen tava in medium flame and cook roti in both sides and final fast the gas and put direct roti on it and cook for few seconds. Now chapati is ready to serve apply ghee on it and serve hot with any curry or daal.
  4. Note:- if you want add salt then add it.

Thickness: While the rolling pin is used for both Phulkas and Chapatis, some people further use their hands to 'pat' the chapatti between their palms to even out the dough. This helps the chapatti have an even distribution of dough all over. Both phulka and chapatti are widely consumed, especially up in the Northern states if India where wheat production is massive. Phulka recipe is the most common Indian food which is loved by all the Indians. It is a phulka made with wheat flour and is in the form of a flat bread which is very soft and puffed up.
