  3. In a blender or chtuney jar add coconut, chana dal,green chillies, ginger, curd along with salt (adjust to taste).
  4. Blend all ingredients well without water, scrape the side. Blend until smooth. Pour the some little water as needed blend to get a smooth chtuney.
  5. Transfer the chtuney to a serving bowl keep it aside.
  6. Heat the tdka pan with oil add mustard seeds once crackle.
  7. Add spring curry leaves, red chilli and pinch asafotida. On medium flame.
  8. Now pour this over the coconut chutney.
  9. Now you can enjoy with dosa,idli,vada.
