- Blend all ingredients well without water, scrape the side. Blend until smooth. Pour the some little water as needed blend to get a smooth chtuney.
- Transfer the chtuney to a serving bowl keep it aside.
- Heat the tdka pan with oil add mustard seeds once crackle.
- Add spring curry leaves, red chilli and pinch asafotida. On medium flame.
- Now pour this over the coconut chutney.
- Now you can enjoy with dosa,idli,vada.
