  4. Take another pan, add ghee, transfer the grinder tomato paste and let it cook untill it's thick or release oil on top.
  5. Toss grilled boiled egg, beetroot, capsicum with salt and black crushed pepper. For raita, take a small bowl and add curd, mint leaves, Coriander leaves and mix well.
  6. For plating, keep spinach rice cake and garnish with grilled boiled egg, capcisum, beetroot slice, fried onion and cashew. Pour tomato gravy around the spinach rice cake and serve with grilled egg, capsicum, beetroot and raita.
