In the same way, pluck all the Curry Leaves from it's stem, store them in the container as shown. This is the best possible method of storing our Green Leaves.
- Cover with the lid and store in the refrigerator. Curry Leaves and Green Chillies stay good for upto a month. They stay fresh. Take care to change the tissue paper on the top just to keep off the moisture that gets build up. It is because of this moisture or wetness that they get spoilt. Grind the green chillies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, cashew nuts and remaining fried onion together in a food processor to make a smooth paste. Combine the yoghurt, ginger, garlic and green masala in a large bowl. Add the chicken and mix well to coat. Take the mint leaves, coriander leaves, tamarind, ginger, hing and salt.
