  7. Cook until oil separate.
  8. Turn off the flame.
  9. Now boil Sella rice.
  10. For the layering first add rice then masala and chopped coriander and mint over it.
  11. Add some chopped green chillies.
  12. Again add rice add 4 tbsp oil on top.
  13. Now add kewra and food colour, and place it for dum about 15 mins.
