Steps to make Palak Aloo Masala:
  1. Heat a pan,add1tsp oil.Fry potato slices to golden.Take out.
  2. Add remaining oil to the pan,add cumin seeds.When crackled,add chopped onion and fry to golden.
  3. When onion is golden add shredded spinach and all powdered spices exept chilli flakes. Add ginger garlic paste also.Add potato and chopped tomato also.Add 1/2cup water and salt.Cover and cook for 6-7minutes on low flame.
  4. After 7 minutes,open the lid.Adjust the consistency of gravy.Add chopped coriander leaves.Mix.Put off flame.
  5. Palak curry is ready to be served.Dish out and garnish with chilli flakes.Serve with roti /rice.
