Chicken Cutlet (Japanese version of chicken schnitzel) brings the Japanese curry up to the next level. This is my version of Japanese Tonkatsu Curry. Crispy panko-coated pork with a delicious sweet and tangy sauce. Add the curry paste, then stir until dissolved.
