  18. Get 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  19. Prepare 1/4 tsp tamarind pulp
  20. Prepare as per taste Salt
  21. Prepare 1/4 tsp heeng
  22. Take 1/4 tsp jeera

  1. For gravy–Add 1 tsp oil in pressure cooker crackle heeng and jeera

  7. Open the lid add tamarind pulp add more 1/2 glass water.
  8. Cook in simmer flame for 6-7 mins & keep aside.
  9. For samosa–
  10. Mix salt in refined flour add warm 2& 1/4 tsp oil in flour.
  11. Make dough with the help of lukewarm water &cover it for 15 mints.
  12. Take a pan add oil crackle heeng & jeera
  13. Add boil potatoes & green peas both type of salt, green chilli, ginger, red chilli powder and coriander powder cook 6-7mnts in simmer flame.
  14. Sprinkle amchoor powder mix well & cook 1 mnt more.
  15. Take a small size of dough make poori with the help of rolling pin.
  16. Cut in the center, spread water in edge make cone stuff aalu mixture.
  17. Seal them & fry.
  18. Take a bowl crush samosa pour gravy pour both chutney tangy tamarind & green chutney and sprinkle chopped onions on top and enjoy.

Pour the ragda gravy over the samosa… Drizzle with green chutney and tamarind chutney. Sprinkle with some onions, tomatoes, green chillies and coriander leaves.
