- Take 2 tbsp butter

Add mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened. Reserve ½ mushroom mixture to top plates with prior to plating. To the mushroom mixture add water, salt and bring to a boil.

- Heat a saucepan & add butter
- Add water & bring to boil
- Switch off the flame & slowly add couscous with salt
- Keep stirring till the water is absorbed.

- For The Chilli Garlic Mushroom
- Heat oil in a flat pan on high
- Add garlic & stir for a minute
- Add onions, stir till they become transculent
- Add the mushroom, keep stirring till they are done in a minute or two keeping the flame high
- Add red & green chilli sauces, salt
- Add the spinach, stir well & switch off the flame
- Add soya sauce & vinegar as a final touch to the flavours

- Serve ready & hot couscous with the chilli garlic mushrooms for a quick hearty dinner.
