- Add jaggery, boiled fenugreek seeds, salt, dry mango powder, asafetida in it and mix well.
- Add water and let it boil. After it cooked turn off gas flame. Let it cool down. Store it in glass jar.
- Sour,sweet,bitter, spicy all flavors chutney is ready for serve with rice or chapatti or pudi.
