Parippu vada, "puvan pazham" and a cup of tea is the famous combination in Kerala through ages. It is true that liking of parippu vada runs through malayali's blood. Drain the water completely from the dal with a colander. Repeat with the rest of the shaped vada mixture.

  1. Soak the lentil for overnight.next morning wash it and drain the water.
  2. Take a mixi jar add lentil cruse the lentil paste without any adding water to the coarse mixture.
  3. Take a one bowl add lentil crush mixture and all ingredients and mix it.
  4. Make a small lemon size balls from this mixture using your plams and like a Vada.
  5. Heat a sufficient oil in a pan. Now add Vada flip and fry until golden brown on both sides.Drian out in a absorbent paper.
  6. Parippu Vada Serve hot with tomato ketchup and any chatuney.

The street vendors in Kerala generally sell paruppu vadai with a thick coconut chutney which is delicious so I made the same. So the tasty nadan vada is ready to serve.
