- Remove the shell after boiling (if they have any) and devein them (if they are large).

- Stir in a little ouzo, leave for 3-4 minutes and then add the tomato. Let everything boil for a couple of minutes.
- Add 3 1/2 cups of the water that the shrimps boiled into to the above ingredients and then add the orzo, salt, pepper, a little thyme, basil and oregano.
- Boil until the orzo is cooked and there is very little liquid left in the pot.
- Serve while hot and sprinkle on top with coarse chunks of feta cheese.

Arrange shrimp mixture on orzo mixture. Fold edge of bag over to seal. Mix everything well and turn off the heat. I recommend buying feta that is sold in bricks and still in brine. Add the feta and stir carefully.
