  3. Make ready 50 g salted peanuts, slightly crushed

  7. Get 4 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  8. Get 1 head broccoli, chopped
  9. Prepare 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  10. Prepare Egg noodles, 2 nests
  11. Take 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Usually a frozen salmon needs a hotter.   1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
  2. In a bowl, lightly crush the peanuts and add a handful of chopped coriander. Mix together and set aside for later.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the soy, honey, sweet chilli sauce and lime juice.
  4. Add the chopped broccoli to a roasting tin and drizzle over the sesame oil, with some salt and pepper. Add the salmon fillets on top of the brocolli and brush half of the sauce mixture over the top of the salmon. Place in the oven covered with foil for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the foil and cook for a further 7 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles accordingly to packet instructions.
  5. Remove the salmon and broccoli from oven and shred the salmon with 2 forks, mixing everything together in its juices. Add the cooked egg noodles, the remaining sauce, and the crushed peanut and coriander mix.
  6. Taste and add more soy sauce if necessary. Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!

Just before the salmon is ready, stir the strips of egg and spring onion into the rice and heat through. Remove the salmon from the baking tin and serve with rice. Place salmon on top of vegetables and season well with black pepper. Remove from oven and garnish with oregano and lemon zest.
