  1. Peel, wash, put the yam in a pot, add salt & cook the yam. Strain & set aside when cooked
  2. Add both palm oil & veg. Oil in a pot, pour in the blended pepper & onion. Fry
  3. Add the sachet tomato, crayfish, seasoning cubes, sardine. Stir. Allow for 5mins.
  4. Now add the spinach. Stir & serve
