  7. Place in a pot of boiling water and allow to cook for 45-60 minutes. And voila our moimoi is ready. Very delicious.
  8. Can be enjoyed with garri, pap, bread(soft), as a side dish for rice(especially jollof), oatmeal, or alone with your choice of drink.
