Add the warm water into the mixture, add the flour into it, and Whisk it. 5. Add the curd mixture and whisk all together 6. Oil the container / bowl and pour the batter into it. 7. Bake it for 3 minutes full power or 4 minutes 75% power on 1200 Watt microwave 8. Let it cool down.
- Cool down the cakes overnight in the fridge will be better for the assembly. It will not be very soft to handle.
- Remove out the cakes, slice each into two parts
- Break the milk chocolate bar into small pieces into a bowl. Prepare a pot and warm the cream until a bit bubbly, do not over heat it.
- Pour the warm cream into chocolate bar, whisk it well until melted. Cool it down for 10 minutes in the fridge
- Assembly the cakes layer by layer with filling of chocolate and the rest for the ganache
- You may garnish the cake with some grated chocolates, chopped nuts. Cool it down in the fridge for 2 -3 hours. Slice it and serve it.
