- In other pan heat 3 tbsp oil,add grated garlic and ginger,saute it.Then add onion-capsicum-paneer, fry for 2 min.Next add tomato and cook for 1 min with some salt.Now add red chilli sauce,soya sauce, vinegar with 3tbsp cornflour (mix it with 1/2 cup of water).Boil the gravy & mix the water as per your need.
