- Preheat oven to 180°
- Sieve all the dry ingredients together and keep aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat all the wet ingredients together.
- Fold in the sieved dry ingredients.
- Grease and dust 8" square tin.
- Pour the batter into the tin and bake for 25mins.
- Once the cake it baked, let it cool down a bit before unmoulding from the tin.
- Chop both the chocolates and put them in a large bowl.
- Heat the cream on medium-low heat, don't need to boil.
- Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and stir till all the chocolate has melted.
- Place the cooled cake on a wire rack. Fill and cover it with the chocolate ganache. (I didn't fill the cake I made, I just covered it)
- Once covered, let it sit on the wire rack for a few minutes.
- Transfer it on a serving plate and put in the fridge till the chocolate sets. Ready to serve.
