  1. In a saucepan, bring water to boiled 1 liter water, once the water already boiled let it rest for few minutes
  2. Place tea dust in a cottontea strainer or tea bagsover one metal mug and add the boiled water.
  3. Let it stand for 10 to 15 minutes before removing
  4. In a separate metal mug add Condensed and evaporated milk, brown sugar, dark sugar.
  5. Carefully pour two mixtures back and forth from the height of the arm's length to create a thick froth
  6. Once frothy and well mixed pour the teainto two or 3 glasses and serve immediately (serving hot)
