Steps to make Beetroot Fry:

- Heat kadai add oil to this. Keep the flame medium. When the oil hot add mustard.

once mustard start to crackle add the urid dal, curry leaves and green chilli. Saute until urid dal done. But be careful don't burnt it.

Now add the hing,salt, grated beetroot to this.

- I don't add much water just sprinkle water close and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now again sprinkle bit of water and cook another 3 minutes.

Now switch off the flame add coconut and mix.

Finally add the coriander and serve hot with sambar…
