  10. Mix all the ingredients to form the Mexican Spice mix. Then transfer and store in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Shake again before using. Can be used in many different dishes including in chilli, beef, pork, or chicken.
  11. Place all ingredients into an airtight container and shake well until all ingredients are evenly combined. Store for up to six months. Shake before use. Can be use in just about anything but its especially good with rice, meats and stews.
  12. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl or in an airtight container i.e. jar and shake well until all ingredients are evenly combined. Store in a cool, dark place for upto 3 months. (Makes just over 1 cup). Again can be used on just about anything but its especially good with gumbo, jambalaya, broiled shrimp and crawfish, blackened fish dishes and french fries and sauces
  13. Mix all ingredients evenly, then store the all-purpose rub in an airtight container in a cool and dry place for upto 6 months (makes about 3/4 cup). As the name states on all grilling meats.
