- Prepare 1 rooster, 2 1/2 kg -3 kg in weight

Put the spaghetti in the sauce and mix well to absorb the juices. Pastitsada is a specialty from the island of Corfu, located on the Ionian side of Greece. Braised Beef, rooster or chicken in an aromatic tomato sauce and served with Misko bucatini-type pasta. - Wait for the sauce to thicken and remove from heat.
- Meanwhile boil the pasta in plenty of salted water.
- Strain them and add them to the pot with the butter. Mix so that they are well buttered. (**)
- Remove the meat from the pot, place it into a platter and add the pasta to the sauce. Mix well and serve with grated cheese and a few leaves of fresh basil.
