The ingredients needed to make Ghee Mysore Pak:
  1. Get 1 cup besan flour
  2. Prepare 1 cup clarified ghee
  3. Make ready 1 cup sugar
  4. Get 1/4 cup water
Steps to make Ghee Mysore Pak:
  1. Dry roast 1cup besan flour on low flame for 8mins. Roast until the besan turns aromatic. Sieve it and remove lumps.
  2. Now add 1/2cup ghee in sieved flour and mix well without lumps.
  3. In large kadai take 1cup sugar and 1/4cup water. Dissolve sugar in low flame and boil the sugar syrup until it reaches 1string consistency. keep the flame low until end.
  4. Next immediately add the besan ghee mixture. Stir well until the besan ghee mixture is combined well in sugar syrup.Now add 2 tbsp of these and mix well. Repeat adding the ghee and mix until the mixture starts to separate from the pan.
  5. Transfer the mixture in Greased tray and allow it to cool for 30mins. After 30mins slice into desired size and shape.
  6. Yummy and Delicious Ghee Mysore Pak is ready. Enjoy with loved ones.
