Instructions to make Chiravant Chirote:
- Mix rice flour and corn flour in ghee and keep aside. Make 1 strand sugar syrup by using above ingredients. Used lemon juice so it will not crystallized. You can skip it.
- In melted butter mix wheat flour and salt and knead it well but tight. Take half dough aside.
- From half dough again divide it and add desired colour.
- Now roll the white dough, apply ghee mixture on it, repeat same for other colour. Roll it together to make one log.
- Cut and roll it or give desire shape.
- Fry it on slow flame. Add this crunchy bites in sugar syrup for 5-10 mins.
- Take it out and packed it in airtight jar once it cooled.
