  1. Make ready 2 cup brown rice
  2. Take 1/2 cup urad daal
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup brown poha
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp methi dana(fenugreek seeds)
  5. Take 2 tsp salt
Steps to make Brown Rice Idli:
    1. Wash urad daal, poha & methi dana separately & soak together in a bowl for 5 hrs
  1. Wash brown rice nicely & soak separately for 5 hrs
    1. After 5 hrs drain water from daal poha & methi dana & grind to fine paste
  2. Same with brown rice
  3. Now mix both the batter ; keep in a vessel, add salt & cover with lid
  4. Keep 8-10 hrs for fermentation
    1. Next day grease Idli mound with ghee / oil & steam Idli go 10 min in Idli cooker
  5. Serve idly with Sambhar & choice of your chutney like Mint Chutney, Coconut 🥥 Chutney & Tomato 🍅 Chutney
