Steps to make Ghee Roast Prawns:
  1. Dry roast Kashmiri red chilli., coriander seeds garlic, peppercorns, cumin seeds and tamarind and blend in a blender to a fine paste. Homemade ghee roast masala is ready. Keep aside
  2. Now marinate the prawns In a bowl take the cleaned prawns and add yogurt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder along with lemon juice and keep for marination. Marinate for 10 mins
  3. Heat ghee homemade in a pan and fry the marinated prawns on a medium flame till it turns slightly golden. Remove from the pan and keep aside.
  4. Now in the same ghee add chopped onion and curry leaves and thground roast masala and fry for a min or until the ghee begins to leave the sides. Now add fried prawns to the bhuna ghee roast masala and mix well.
  5. Fry for sometime until oil begins to leave and the prawns are well coated with the ghee roast masala.
  6. Now add fried curry leaves to garnish off the gas burner and serve hot with neer dosa or paratha
