- Add the boiled rice and bring everything to a boil till it thickens well.
- Cool and refrigerate.
- Aamras:
- Peel two pulpy mangoes. Soak the skin in some water for 10 minutes.
- Squeeze the skin to extract the pull stuck to it
- Chop the pulp and add everything to a mixer and pulse it well till it combines
- If the mangos are not sweet enough, extra sugar can be added to it.
- Refrigerate for half hour.
- To assemble, in a shot glass add the thick kheer, layer with some crushed dry fruits, spoon the aamras and top it with more crushed dry fruits.
