  3. Set a clean clay pot, let it be hot a little, cut a portion of the dough, flatten with yours palms and paste in the pot, check after 10-15mins, when it's done. Continue all process until u're done with the remaining dough.
  4. Continue to flip over abt one or two more times until u desired your browness. Serve hot or warm enjoy with favourite dish.
