Steps to make Caramel pudding:
  1. Take a mixer jar(I prefer juice jar) add all step 1ingredients
  2. Blend it together
  3. Take a nonstick pan heat it then add sugar let it caramel add it 8inch cake tin (or u can use any steel container also) spread caramel in the tin
  4. Let it cool for some time then add egg mixture which we blend cover with aluminum foil
  5. Take a non stick pan add some water place a stand in the middle of pan put pudding tin on it cover lid and cook on low flame for 30min.
  6. After 30min insert toothpick in the middle of pudding if it comes out clear ur pudding is ready if not again cook for 10min
  7. After pudding is complete cook slightly cool down take a plate and flip the tin
  8. Ur pudding comes out easily refrigerator for 2 hours cut into triangle shape or as u wish
  9. Garnish with cherry or whipping cream
  10. Serve chill..
