  4. Taste and adjust quantities of salt & lemon juice accordingly. Ideally, allow the tzatziki to sit for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
  5. Just before serving, drizzle with extra olive oil and decorate with a few olives. Serve with greek style pita bread and greek salad 🥗
