Egg kothu chapati is delicious and quick snack or dinner recipe made with leftover chapati. Kothu parotta is one of the famous street food which all of us love.
Steps to make Kothu Chapati:
- Cut the Chapati into small pieces.
- Take a pan, add 3 tsp of oil. Fry mustard seeds, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. Then add Ginger garlic paste and green chillies.
- Then add onions, stir well as onion turns to brown.
- Then add all masala and stir well as the raw smell goes.
- Then add chopped tomato. And stir well as tomato becomes soft.
- Then stir the onions tomatoes to the corner of pan, add 1 tsp of oil, and break 3 eggs in it.
- As the eggs are boiled, stir it well. Put the cut Chapati in the pan.
- And mix the eggs and Chapati in it. And sprinkle coriander leaves in it.
This is simple version of the same using chapati. Egg Kothu chapati, for egg Kothu chapati, fry the egg first and keep aside. now follow all the steps. once made the Kothu chapati finely add the egg and toss it.
