- In a pot heat oil and add onions and saute them.
- When onions are soft and sautΓ©ed.
- Add ginger and garlic paste. Mix well.
- Add chicken.
- Cumin seeds and mix well on low flame.
- Add crushed green chilli and cook until white.
- When chicken is white.
- Add 1 cup water and cook on low to medium flame. Do keep checking through intervals.
- On the other hand in a bowl add 1 cup yogurt and black pepper powder and mix well.
- When mixed.
- Add turmeric powder and mix well. Now keep it at side.
- When chicken water is almost away. Turn the flame low.
- Add yogurt.
- Mix well and cook on low to medium flame.
- When chicken is almost done add green chilli..
- And garnish with coriander. Turn off the stove. And serve it hot. Enjoy.
