Instructions to make Falafel:
  1. Now take black gram and white gram in 1:1 equal quantity.soak for 6-7 hours and then drain water.

  5. Take ball and press then put some cheese stuffing and cover this stuffing.now make oval shaped falafel like this.
  6. Heat oil in kadai and fry all falafel till golden in colour.
  7. Take shot glass and first put ½ spoon muhamarra dip then put falafel.now put babaghanous on it.
  8. Garnish with corriander and serve it.
