- Take 2 tbspn gramflour
- Prepare 1 tbspn cornflour

- Take a bowl mashed the boiled potatoes add cornflour, gram flour, salt and garam masala mix well.. Now take a small portion and make lemon size balls..
- Now heat oil for frying.. fry the balls till golden brown.. Now take them out on a kitchen towel.. Our kofta balls are ready..
- In a mixer jar add tamato green chillies and preapare tamato puree.. Now heat oil in a pan add hing and cumming seeds.. once cracked add chopped onion and garlic and ginger paste and cook till transparent
- Than add tamato puree red chilly powder, turmeric powder, corriander powder salt amchur powder and cook till oil is separated than add water..once water starts boiling add the kofta balls..
- Now add chopped coriander leaves and let it boils for 4-5 mints and switch off the flames..
- Our aalu kofta is ready to serve.. Garnish with coriander leaves.. Enjoy it with roti/paratha/ma'am..
