- Take 5 tbsp ghee
- Make ready Half cup liquid milk (any)
- Prepare 2 cups milk powder (any)

- Make ready 1/2 tbsp almonds or pistachios nuts to decorate. You can use both of them if you like
Instructions to make Milk Barfi:
- First of all take a serving dish and brush with ghee on it. So that the batter won’t get stick on the dish. Now in a non stick pan pour ghee. Keep the flame on low. Add the liquid milk & powder milk. Keep stirring them. Now grind the sugar in a grinder.
- Add sugar with the batter and keep stirring them. Make sure you keep mixing them otherwise it will get burn in the bottom. Add the cardamom and cinnamon powder. Give it a good mix. When you will see the batter is coming out easily from the pan with spatula means it’s done.
- Now pour the batter in that dish which you have brushed with ghee. Now with the spatula spread them in the dish nicely. Sprinkle the grated nuts on top of the batter. Let it cool for half an hour. Now you can cut them with cookie cutter or in any shapes you like.
- Enjoy them with a cup of tea or as a snack.
