- Add Agar-Agar flakes to half a glass of water. Boil it on a low heat until nicely dissolved. To this, add Coconut Milk and Sugar.
- Stir well in order to mix everything well. The mix starts to thicken in a few minutes. Remove from the heat and let it cool down a bit.
- Pour it in a big dish or for single portion in small ceramic bowls. Refrigerate until set. Serve it chilled as it is or with any fruit compote drizzled over it.
