- sauteé for about 7 minutes until soft ….
- slice bananas thick ; about 1 inch add to the skillet …. and let them sauteé with the peppers…
- DO NOT STIR THE BANANAS…. take a spatula and carefully flip them with the peppers…. for about 3 minutes. just enough to be slightly melted….. if you were to stir the bananas u would mash them and end up with a custard - like pudding…. and you don't want that haha
- when everything is cooked fully through…. take all the seasonings and add to the skillet … carefully mix…. serve on a platter and enjoy! Bõn Appetité
- this could be turned vegetarian if you wanted to as well….. just substitute the meat with 2 cups cooked pasta … and any jar of alfredo sauce you would like…. add to the mix…. cook for about 3 minutes until heated fully.
