Instructions to make Larb, Pork:
  1. Mix 1/2 lime juice with ground pork. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Heart a pan on high until very hot. add water, then the pork and stir.
  3. Keep stirring until the pork is done.
  4. Put the sauce ingredients in a bowl large enough to hold everything, including the pork. mix together.
  5. Add pork to sauce in bowl, mix well
  6. Taste. it should be a little spicy and tart. modify fish sauce or lime and required.
  7. Best to serve with rice, and can do a lettuce wrap or rice bowl thing.
