Instructions to make Boli:
  1. Sift the flour in wide bowl add turmeric, salt, sugar in the flour. Add water little by little and knead soft dough.

Once done reduce the flame and now add jaggery. Mix until jaggery melted nicely. Add cardamom powder. Saute until the mixture turns to thick, you should able to make small balls. Add ghee over it and mix.

  1. Cool the mixture. Make small balls and keep aside. Now take small portion of dough. Spread little bit keep the sweet ball in middle and cover the dough completely.

Roll this into thin sheet. Toast this in tawa by adding ghee. Roast until both sides turns into golden colour.

  1. Serve hot….
