- Grease the grill pan with butter. Place the marinated cottage cheese & veggies on it & cook well from both the sides.Arrange in the skewers & its ready to serve.
- You can pierce & arrange in the skewers before grilling. Same way it's ready to grill in BBQ as well.Serve hot with mint chutney or dip with some salad at the side.
