- After 3 hours, divide into equal sized balls. Leave for 10 more mins. Meanwhile preheat oven to 200 and bring a pot of water to the boil and add a teaspoon of baking powder. Using a slotted spoon, lower each bread roll into the bubbling water for about 20 secs. Put on some parchment paper
- Snip each one with scissors to make a pattern and sprinkle with sesame seeds, bake for about 25 mins. Leave to cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
Butter a loaf pan and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and beer and mix well.
