  1. Remove the stem n wash spinach in running water thoroughly.
  2. Keep water boiling in fire with salt.. Take enough water.. As u can dip spinach.
  3. Now blanch the spinach in boiling water for two minutes.
  4. Now take out n refresh the spinach in chilled water, squeeze out excess water.
  5. Now grind the spinach..along with green chilli.. Make a fine paste.
  6. Cut the paneer(cottage cheese) into half inch cube size. Keep aside.
  7. Heat oil in a heavy bottom saucepan..Add chopped onion.. Saute it till transparent. Keep flame medium.
  8. Add garlic paste fry for 30 second.. Now add ginger paste.. Saute it.. 30 second.. .
  9. Now add tomato chopped.. Add salt… Stir continuously.. Let it comes out oil… .
  10. Add spinach puree.. Stir.. Let it boil.
  11. Meanwhile heat a frying pan n drizzle with butter..
  12. Place the paneer cubes on pan.. Let it toss one side for two minutes.. Flip another side.. Drizzle butter again.. Toss both sides till brown.. Don't over cook.
  13. Now paneer cubes transfer into spinach gravy.. Add black pepper too.. Let it boil for two minutes.
  14. Special notes… If need u can add 1/2 cup water.. Gravy should not be runny.. It would be like mango pulp in thickness..
  15. Now off the fire n add lemon juice. Mix well.. Garnish with fresh cream.
  16. Enjoy with Indian nan bread, kulcha or garlic bread.
