  3. Preheat oven to 180. Slice up the dough into even sections. Make a long sausage with each one about 15 CM long. Tie up as shown to make a knot. Repeat for all the other sections. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Glaze with beaten egg. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan
  4. Bake for about 18-20 minutes until golden brown 😁
