  1. Ek pan me oil dal kar onion golden brown kar ke nikal Lein phir
  2. Is me ginger garlic paste dal kar bhoona aur chicken dal kar 7 se 10 minutes bhoona aur Shan NIHARI masala
  3. Aur 4 glass pani dal kar pakein jab oil uper A Jay to 1/2oil nikal Lein.aur1 cup flour 2 cup pani me dissolve kar ke dalen aur musalsal spoons chalaty rahen 15 minutes medium heat per pakein.
  4. Phir fry onion,lemon juice,aur 1/2 cup oil jo nikala tha NIHARI me dal kar cover kar ke low flame per 30 minutes dum per pakein. ☺
  5. Now CHICKEN NIHARI ready. Serve to green chilli, ginger, lemon,coriander leaves and Nan.
