  5. Mix this with remaining water melon juice.
  6. Add cinnamon stick sugar and vanilla essence, salt.
  7. Bring the water melon mixture to a boil.
  8. Simmer on the low flame for about 10/12 minutes and keep stirring continuously.
  9. Once it thickens remove cinnamon stick from it.
  10. Pour the prepared jelly mixture into the moulds and let it cool.
  11. Refrigerate it for atleast 8 hours to chill now and it is ready to serve, garnish with choco chips dry fruits or as you wish.
