  6. Make ready 1 1/2 cup water
  7. Get 16 oz shredded young coconut (454 g)
  8. Get 3 tbsp sugar

  3. Drain water from tapioca pearls.
  4. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl adding the remaining 1/4 tsp buco pandan essence.
  5. If you don't have shredded young coconut, you can use the canned young coconut meat and just slice thinly. 😊
