- Marinate cut chicken in A. Fry in hot oil until half cooked. Keep aside.
- Blend ingredients in B. Prepare wok. Use 1/2 cup of cooking oil to sauté B until fragrant. Do not worry about the amount of oil used.
- Add C once B well sautéed. Stir until B & C mixed well. This step takes 5 to 10mins.
- Add A (half fried/cooked) chicken. Cover and Keep stirring in between until sauce/gravy thickened. Serve with hot steamed rice and stir fried veggies.
